2. Use of This Website

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided through our website, WhatsApp, email, photos, videos, or direct communication are preliminary unless otherwise confirmed by Sicleaning LLC.

Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the home, apartment, office, or space at the time of service, the final scope of work, and any additional requests not originally included.

4. Booking Policy

To secure an appointment, we require a deposit of 50% of the service total or $100, whichever is less.

A booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

6. Access to the Property

The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If access cannot be provided, delays, lockouts, or missed appointments may result in additional charges or cancellation according to our scheduling policy.

7. Scope of Service

Services are provided based on the cleaning type requested, the condition of the property, and the final scope confirmed before the appointment.

Additional requests, excessive buildup, or changes in service scope at the time of the appointment may require added time, adjusted pricing, or rescheduling.

8. Photos and Videos for Estimates

When you send photos or videos for an estimate, you confirm that you have the right to share that content with us for service evaluation purposes.

These materials are used only to help us understand the condition of the space, prepare an estimate, and determine service needs.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be confirmed directly with the client before or at the time of service.

Any remaining balance after the deposit is due according to the payment arrangement confirmed by Sicleaning LLC.

10. Service Limitations

Sicleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when a space presents unsafe conditions, health hazards, aggressive animals, structural risks, or circumstances that may place our team at risk.

11. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, layout, and images, is the property of Sicleaning LLC or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sicleaning LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services booked through it.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
